Test equipment calibration - factory calibration or DAkkS calibration

Calibration according to DIN, DAkkS, VDI/VDE/DGQ 2618 or factory standard

In accordance with the valid requirements and guidelines of VDI/VDE/DGQ 2618 (and the respective sheet + option), almost all, measuring equipment-test equipment-precision gauges can be calibrated in this SHOP. Measuring equipment can only be calibrated according to the specified standards, which were manufactured according to the factory standard. This is the case, for example, if the item does not comply with DIN, but has an accuracy according to the factory standard.

Regular calibration of measuring equipment is essential for quality assurance. This serves to ensure measurement accuracy and must be documented in the form of a calibration certificate.

With calibration certificates, a distinction is made between:
a factory calibration (WK = factory calibration certificate) and a DAkkS calibration (DAkkS calibration certificate).

If no link (button) to the calibration is listed for the desired article, please e-mail us asking whether we can still test and record it in accordance with the factory standard. An external German calibration laboratory - of our choice (with DAkkS accreditation) - will carry out the calibration. The delivery time for an external calibration of the measuring equipment/test equipment precision gauges is usually approx. 2 - 4 working weeks, depending on the test laboratory and article. Orders with a factory or DAkkS calibration certificate cannot be cancelled!

The calibration prices quoted are only valid for new products from our range! Prices for recalibrations by e-mail on request!

The services of the calibration service include:

• Traceability of measurements to national standards (reference standards)
• Calibration procedure with test specification e.g. according to VDI/VDE/DGQ 2618 sheet ...
• Visual inspection (visual assessment) of the condition
• Documentation of the measurement results
• Labelling of the calibration condition
• Calibration certificate (either factory calibration certificate or DAkkS calibration certificate) including inspection sticker

Note: If the new goods supplied by us are calibrated by another testing laboratory, we accept no liability in the event that the measuring equipment fails calibration.

We normally have the most common measuring equipment, test equipment and precision gauges in stock with both a factory calibration certificate and a DAkkS calibration certificate. The advantage for you: no waiting times are required after receipt of order and dispatch takes approx. 2 - 5 working days. You can find already calibrated measuring equipment here.

We would like to inform you that calibrations are currently being created in the shop (August - December 2024). We recommend that you visit our shop regularly to find out about the latest measuring equipment that we have calibrated or can offer. You are also welcome to contact us now if you would like to order measuring equipment with a calibration certificate that has not yet been included in our shop.
