This special taper gauges are differentiated into taper plug gauges for checking lathe chuck and the taper ring gauge for checking spindle head.
The taper plug gauge are available in 7 different sizes 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11 and 15.
Application:
The taper plug gauge and the taper ring gauge is used for checking the cone pitch and the cone diameter during the manufacture and checking
of lathe machines, machine tools (milling machines).

according to DIN 55028 / 55029 for taper plug gauge for lathe chuck
Material:
All offered taper plug gauges and taper ring gauges are made of wear-resistant special tool steel, hardened, tempered, ground and lapped.
